Audience Audio Recording Of Your Performance

Artist hereby grants the audience of the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival the right to record audio of your performance for personal use. No audience member shall be permitted to commercially exploit the Recordings without the prior written consent of the artist.

Local Radio Simulcast Of Your Performance

Artist hereby grants KOTO, the local, non-profit, non-underwritten, community radio station of Telluride to broadcast your performance for the Telluride listening audience. This is an important component to the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival experience and is designed to expose your music to a wider listening audience worldwide. KOTO shall NOT be permitted to commercially exploit the simulcast without the prior written consent of the artist.

Festival Audio Recording Of Your Performance

Artist hereby grants the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival, the right to record your performance solely for archival purposes only and consideration for inclusion in promotional videos. Telluride Blues & Brews shall NOT be permitted to commercially exploit the recordings without the prior written consent of the artist. All audio will be made available to artists for their use.

Festival Video Recording Of Your Performance

Artist grants the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival the right to record the Main Stage performance through iMag archives solely for consideration of promotional purposes on YouTube. Any post-festival promotion videos are sent to artist management for approval prior to release. Telluride Blues & Brews shall NOT be permitted to commercially exploit the recordings. All video will be made available to artists for their use.
