Looking For Sold Out Tickets? Request a ticket now and as soon as tickets are available, Lyte will complete your purchase automatically at the price offered, with no hidden fees. You will only be charged if Lyte finds you tickets.
Bought Tickets And Can’t Make It To The Festival? We know that plans change. Return your ticket to Lyte and receive a fair market offer. Lyte will then re-sell your ticket to another Telluride Jazz Festival fan.
How Requests Work

Purchase Without Stress - Your payment information is required to request tickets. You will only be charged if we can secure your tickets.
How Returns Work
Import Your Order - Enter the email address associated with your ticket order and select the tickets you'd like to return.
Get An Offer - Your offer will be based on demand. If we can't make you an offer, we'll be in touch if demand increases.
Get Paid - You will be paid 1 business day after the event to your PayPal account.

How Close To The Event Can I Place A Request To Sell My Tickets?
Return your ticket anytime before the event while the Exchange is open. Typically an Exchange closes a few hours before doors open to the event.
I’ve Placed A Request To Return My Ticket But Didn’t Get An Offer, How Long Should I Expect To Wait?
Look for an estimate of your wait time in your Return confirmation email. The wait time depends on how many requests are made for tickets like yours. Wait times are usually much shorter closer to the event.
