2021 Load-in Times
5-Day Campers in Town Park & Zone 1 - Wednesday, September 15
4-Day Campers in Warner Field and Basecamp Rentals - Thursday, September 16
Important Load-In Instructions
DO NOT LINE UP WITH YOUR VEHICLE ON MAIN STREET PRIOR TO RECEIVING A TEMPORARY “UNLOADING” PARKING PASS OR RV/Vehicle PASS
Beginning at 8 am on Wednesday, September 15, one person from a group or as an individual may begin lining up ON FOOT between the Blues Stage and the Tennis Courts. The same will be repeated on Thursday, September 16 for Warner Field camping. Absolutely no overnight camping in queue lines.
At 8:15 am, entry queue cards will be distributed to everyone in line on a first-come-first-serve basis. No need to remain in line.
There will be separate lines for RV/Vehicle, Zone 1 and Main Campground tent campers. Each line will be receiving their own queue card.
New and important update for 2021, Zone 1 is restricted to the first 400 campers that arrive. You will be issued a separate Zone 1 wristband at the entry gates to Zone 1. Each member in your party must wear a Zone 1 wristband to enter this area.
If you would like to camp in Zone 1, please line up in the Zone 1 line. If you’re camping in Zone 1, please indicate to staff how many people will be camping in your party.
At 10:30 am, you may begin lining up ON FOOT with your assigned queue number.
At 11 am, queue holders will be allowed to place a tarp/tent down to claim a site of their choice, in a slow, orderly fashion.
After a campsite has been claimed:
Campers will go to the Camp Host to pick up a temporary parking pass
Leave the park and bring your vehicle in to unload
AGAIN - DO NOT LINE UP WITH YOUR VEHICLE ON MAIN STREET PRIOR TO RECEIVING A TEMPORARY “UNLOADING” PARKING PASS
Tent Camping vehicles must be quickly unloaded at camp sites. Camper Vehicles will then directed by parking staff to nearby parking for the duration of the festival.
Upon returning to the festival site, all campers must visit the box office to collect their camping wristbands.
RV/Vehicle
RV's will collect a tag at the site they want and bring it to the Camp Host site to exchange for a RV Hang Tag to display in your windshield for the duration of the festival. Please bring proof of purchase.
Vehicles - Please bring proof of purchase of Vehicle Pass to exchange for Weekend Hang Tag.
Keep In Mind
Other members of your group may wait elsewhere in the park but they may not be in the campground. This is to avoid crowding or attempts to stake claims on campsites.
Camping vehicles are not allowed to arrive at Town Park prior to 11 am on Wednesday, September 15. Camping vehicles will be denied entry to park until they have a pass issued by a camp host. They must wait in a legal parking space in town. There will be no lining up on the roadways.
Be advised that sleeping in cars is not allowed in the Town of Telluride.
If you have a Town Park campground site reserved for Tuesday, September 14, please identify yourself to Blues & Brews camp hosts on the morning of September 15.
Setting up unoccupied tents or leaving tarps in Town Park campground before Wednesday, September 15 at 11 am is otherwise prohibited, unless you have revered a campsite through the Town of Telluride for the night of September 14.
If purchased, vehicle and RV passes must be easily seen by Camp Hosts throughout the weekend.
