Hirsch’s newest offering, The HORIZON, honors their forward-looking nature: steadfast, determined, moving onward at a brisk pace, forever in search of the next adventure. The HORIZON isn’t an end result, a destination on a map; it’s something we spend our lives in search of. The HORIZON combines two straight bourbons distilled in Lawrenceberg, Indiana: 94% of the blend is distilled from a traditional mash bill and aged a minimum of 4 years. The remaining 6% is distilled from a “high rye” mash aged 6 years for added complexity.

By creating Severo, we propose to pay homage to that Mexico of recalcitrant nationalism, which knows that tequila is drunk straight and in small sips, which fully enjoys the full flavor experience provided by a Weber agave that waited 7 years to reach the palate; to the deep and one-piece Mexico, which appreciates a tequila made as in the time when things were done well, or not done at all. Severo is an authentic tequila, made exclusively with blue weber agave from the lands of Tequila; treated with the greatest care and affection to extract the soul of these succulent plants and the lands of the region.

The first of its kind, Junipero fearlessly led the birth of American craft gin in 1996. Junípero is Spanish for juniper berry the main botanical in gin. Hell bent on elevating juniper & citrus flavors, the distilling team forged a new path by crafting each batch of Junipero in a small copper pot still, scouring the globe for the most expressive botanicals, and boldly bottling at an unfiltered 98.6 proof. Decades later Junipero is still made by hand in San Francisco and celebrates those who break with convention to pursue an original path.
TITO’S HANDMADE VODKA

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is America’s Original Craft Vodka. In 1997, Bert “Tito” Beveridge, now a 50-something geophysicist, obtained the first legal permit to distill in Texas and created Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Tito’s distills its corn-based vodka using old-fashioned pot stills and the vodka is naturally gluten-free.
