The key to having an amazing time at the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival is preparedness. Before you arrive, make sure you know these key pieces of information: weekend schedule, box office location and hours of operation, exchanging your tickets for wristbands and what to bring/what not to bring. To ensure that you have the best experience possible, please read the following information carefully.
What To Bring - What Not To Bring
Please Bring: Valid Photo ID, Sunscreen and Hat, Lawn Chairs, Tarps/Blankets, Coolers with unopened plastic bottles/cans, unopened food items, Strollers (if needed), Warm Layers, Rain Gear, A Smile
Please Do Not Bring: Glass, Pets, Outside Alcohol, Illegal Drugs, Unlicensed Vending, Professional Photo Equipment, Video Cameras (no cameras with detachable lenses), Drones, Frisbees, Shelled Nuts, Weapons

Box Office and Festival Wristbands
Exchange your tickets for wristbands (required for entrance) at the Festival Box Office. Please arrive to the box office as early as possible! Avoid waiting in lines and exchange your tickets for wristbands earlier in the day. The Festival Box Office is located at 300 E Pacific Street. The Festival Box Office is open during the week of the Festival, and the hours of operation are:
Wednesday, September 12 → 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Thursday, September 13 → 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday, September 14 → 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday, September 15 → 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday, September 16 → 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Can I exchange or return my ticket?
All tickets are non-refundable. Please keep them in a safe place!
What do I do with my ticket when I get to the festival?
Each ticket holder must be present when exchanging tickets for wristbands at the Festival Box Office. An individual will not be able to receive wristbands for other ticket holders not present. Please bring a Valid Photo I.D.
Are kids FREE?
Children 11 and under are free. However, children must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I find my tickets after purchasing?
The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are attached as a PDF file you can print. Please be sure check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive your tickets in your inbox. If you are not able to locate your order confirmation, you can always contact us at 970-728-8037 or send us an email.
We do not recommend purchasing tickets through 3rd party sellers, especially Craig's List. We will not honor any fraudulent tickets sold by a 3rd party. For any questions, please contact us here.
If you re-sell your tickets or purchase secondhand tickets from someone else, please be responsible, follow the guidelines below and contact the festival directly for assistance.
