Refill and Rehydrate
In Telluride Town Park, the Festival offers FREE mountain fed water to keep you hydrated all day. Bring your own bottle or purchase a limited edition Klean Kanteen from our merch tent and refill your bottle throughout the day at our filling station on the west end of the Park and in VIP.
Travel Green
Ride the Galloping Goose shuttle. Bring your bike. Take a hike. The Festival grounds are located in Telluride Town Park; a short distance away from all that Telluride has to offer. Join thousands of others to green your trip to Telluride and use eco-friendly ways to travel.
Carbon Offsets
Telluride Blues & Brew’s commitment over the past 7 years, to track and offset the events carbon footprint, along with offering event goers an easy way to offset their own emissions, has helped to offset approximately 786,000 lbs. of CO2! This has the same environmental impact as approximately 20,000 houses turning their lights off for one day, or like not driving 878,000 miles.
By purchasing the $3.00 Green Mountain Energy® Green Ticket, fans offset the equivalent of 220 pounds of CO2. That’s like not driving a car 240 miles, recycling 720 aluminum cans instead of sending them to a landfill, or as much as 20 young trees can absorb in one year.
Festival Compost and Recycling
Once inside the park, patrons find dedicated teams of environmental volunteers, helping to spread the green message by offering to take recyclables, filling water bottles at the filling stations, and helping fans to properly discard their waste in the correct bins near the vendor area.
