Join us for Telluride Blues & Brews Festival's film premiere of 'This Ain't No Mouse Music!' on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:30 PM at Telluride's Palm Theatre. Following up on the successful format that was introduced in 2014, (with the showing of “The Girls in the Band” on the opening night of the Telluride Jazz Festival), this year KOTO-fm’s DJ Jimmy Jazz, the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival, the Hotel Telluride and the Palm Theater are coming together to raise much needed funds and awareness for San Miguel Resource Center in 2015.

Durango Blues Train

Brought to you by the producers of Blues & Brews, the Durango Blues Train returns on August 21st and 22nd for two evenings of music aboard the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad in Durango, Colorado. This unique music experience features two full bands and four solo and duo acts. Musicians perform in their own vintage coach, while passengers travel from one coach to the next sampling each musical act. Closing Celebration: Fais Do-Do

This year’s Sunday closing show features a special performance by The Revivalists at the Sheridan Opera House. “Fais do-do” translates to “Cajun dance party.” The parties were named for the gentle command (“go to sleep”) young mothers offered their children, so that they could get back to dancing with their husbands. This is the final show of the festival and a highlight for many.
